Whitney Ransom is currently the director of communications at WorldVitalRecords.com. She is pursuing a master’s degree at Brigham Young University in instructional psychology and technology. She is fascinated with instructional design, and finding ways to improve teaching and learning. Whitney became interested in this field when she started working at the Center for Instructional Design at BYU, approximately two years ago. She received her bachelor’s degree in communications, and has worked in various public relations positions, including the director for a leadership development company. Whitney loves to run and is training for a marathon. She also enjoys cooking, participating in badminton and croquet tournaments with her family, playing the piano, singing, eating cereal, reading, learning, and being with people.
